Do indian women expect their husband to have better income than theirs?

I dont have any of those back grounds but my wife is indian , She she is freakin smart and has a well paying job, I on the other hand am struggling with my career, but she has always had my back and wants me to do good. Maybe she does want me to do better than her but, its also my way of seeing things I want to be the main provider for us, because that is my way of seeing things
