Can i get my lip pierced if a friend is with me that is 18?

I am14 and my parents said i couldnt get my lip pierced because its stupid or something like that. So my friend said that maybe theyll do it if she acts like my mom or if her boyfriend acts like my dad.Do you think that theyll ask for a birth certifacte or something.. if they do then **** it ill just do it at home.
