My uggs are all rough and not soft after wearing them in the snow. im SO MAD NOW! PLEASE help me fix them!!?

My sand colored uggs (they are real) were worn in the snow the other day by me, and after they dried, they are all rough and feel like sandpaper, rather than suede. im so mad now. so pleaseee tell me how to fix them?? i know theres a way. anythings possible. and last time i checked I didnt askfor your opinion on uggs, please just tell me a way to fix them
