Do I call her?

I had a great date with a woman and there's no doubt there's mutual attraction. But, she's wary of getting involved too fast. I haven't spoke to her for 2 days, leaving her an invitation to go out for coffee when/if she's ready. She hasn't said 'don't call' or 'you're a nice guy, but...' So, do I call/text her or leave it up to her?
