Have you ever kept a piercing a secret from your parents?

i got my bellyon pierced yesterday and they havent found out, yet. i am wondering how long it will be before theyll probably find out. how long did you manage to keep a secret like that from your parents. oh, and i live with them. and when i got my piercing i was under the legal age. should i tell them once im of age, and pretend i only just got it done. eeeep. thanks
