Help with modding my 360?

i want to mod my 360 so i can play burned games. i have been looking for what i need and seen that there is a mod chip and and xecuter blaster 360. which do i need. they use weird names like SATA and flashing the firmware or somthing like that. its just very confusing to me and would be very helpful if some one could explain all this to me. just tell me which on to get and how to use it. thanks
