I need to clean out my naval (Tummy)?

So, I haven't really cleaned out my naval in like 8 years, so I need a lot of help. It doesn't look bad or anything, but mainly like Brown Sugar... Ewww, gross, I know. I got most of the dirt and grosseness out, but theres dirt in the center. I tried using q-tips/alchohol, but it doens't seem to work. Do you have any suggestions? And also, if I were to just clean it out little by little in the shower everyday, how much would that help
