Is this why crime is now rife in the UK, compared to the 50s and 60s?

Yes i wonder why too.If it were their children being attacked and stabbed in the streets would it be different.My son was attacked last year,they made a right mess of his face.He needed plastic surgery to fix.All the attackers got was a small fine.
