Mommies with babies who have allergies?

my son is going to be 4 mths old on the 23rd and for the past few days he has been sneezing alot, he has watery eyes and alot of those eye boogers. he only coughs every once in a while. but he is still such a happy baby. he doesnt sound or act congested either. do you think this is allergies or a cold or what? the weather here is changing dramatically. could it be from the weather change? I plan on getting a doctors appointment. I just want some advice first. thanks in advance
