Neighbors cat is driving my APBT mix nuts. What to do?

Legally if the cat comes onto YOUR property it is your neighbors fault. I would call animal control to be honest with you. Explain to them the situation and I'm sure they will talk to the woman. The cat is her property and it needs to stay on her property. You will not be held responsible.
