POLICE TROUBLE!!! THEY ARE GOING TO SUE US!?

First of all we are 13 years old.Okay, so me and 2 of my friends egged someones driveway with one egg, but I didn't throw it. Well apparently their next door neighbor who is 12 is telling everyone it was us, and said he has a photo has a photo of us either egging the house or the egg stain. his neighbor has contacted the police and reported us 4 vandalism. Which is stupid. so now im afraid the police will come to our houses and sue us.cuz he said theyll sue us 4 75$ each plus payment to repair the driveway. What should we do. We don't want to tell the truth and pay all that crap. We are KIDS.
