What possible penalties "hit , run", bodily harm,property damage(with, without drivers license)in FLORIDA?

friend of mine did hit,run,etc.in Fla.has fled state ,warrants issued.Personally I would "Man UP" and take my medicine,rather than run for how long,before you are eventaully caught.(Cannot outrun long arm of the law!)
